I have just been called in to work on an Actionscript application that is guilty of each and every one of these points…. needless to say minor changes that should only really take a few days have so far take over two weeks and counting! I am glad I am charging by the hour!

Wow! It reminds me a joke i’ve heard some days ago. As the moral is simply the same! =) A dude in his forties bought a brand new Audi and had been out on the interstate to get a nice night drive. The roof was off, the wind was blowing via what was left of his curly hair and guy chose to open her up. As the needle hopped up to eighty mph, he suddenly saw blinking red and blue lights behind him. “There’s no way they may catch this auto!,” he thought to himself and opened her up further. A hook come to ninety, hundred…. Next the fact of the problem hit him. “What the heck ‘m I doing?” he thought and pulled over. The policeman came up to him, required his licence without any phrase and reviewed it as well as the car. “It’s been a long evening, this is the end of my shift and it’s Friday the 13th. I don’t really feel like much more paperwork, thus in case you can give me an excuse for your driving which I haven’t heard earlier, you possibly can go.” The dude thinks for a moment and says, “Last week my spouse leaped away with a cop. I was worried you was trying to deliver her back.” “Have a nice weekend,” says the policeman.
